Prices and taxes
All prices include Swedish tax (VAT).
If any additional costs in connection to customs or special tax rules occur, you are responsible for paying them. You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered. Note that you may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company. Contact your country’s customs office for more information.
The total price will become visible at the checkout-page as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.
Payment
You pay online with PayPal.
Shipping
All packages are shipped by PostNord, to the address you provide.
Freight cost
Sweden: 100 SEK.
EU: 290 SEK
Outside EU: 355 SEK
The freight includes insurance and a tracking number is received.
Availability
The shipment will take about 5-10 days after receiving your order, provided your item is in stock. Otherwise you will get a mail from us.
Returns and exchanges
All goods are checked before sent. If however the items are damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for all expenses to return the item to us.
If you regret a purchase, you are responsible for paying return shipping. Sales items cannot be exchanged or reimbursed

According to Sweden´s Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods and receive a refund, except for the shipping costs and customs – if the items are returned in their original condition. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning a product. To avoid unnecessary costs, always contact customer service for detailed instructions regarding returns. If the shipment is damaged or lost when returning it on your initiative, you are responsible for loss or damage. In case of dispute, we follow the Swedish National Board for recommendations.
/The conditions in this contract shall be governed by and construed with the laws of Sweden and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
If you choose to return a package via post, you pay the return shipping costs. Note that you are responsible that return items comes back to us. Remember to save the deposit slip when you return an item.
Reimbursement
All reimbursements are handled within 10 business days.
In order to receive a reimbursement, the item must be new and unused. You must return them in their original packaging and include all original documents. When we have received and checked the item, we will send a reimbursement payment for the item to your account.
Refusal of transaction
The following is what we require from you in order for us not to refuse the transaction:
1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Provide your correct name, phone number, E-mail address and payment details
3. Provide a correct shipping address (not a PO box or Poste restante).
Damaged goods
IMPORTANT: if your package has not arrived within 14 business days after receiving your order confirmation, contact us immediately.
When you receive your order:
- Please inspect your package and the contents when you first receive it. If the package is damaged when it arrives please call attention to this at your service point.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will reimburse you for the return postage.
- If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, notify us by email or telephone within 7 business days after accepting your package. Include your order number and a digital photo of the damaged item.
